Ihop - Flint

New construction with modern decoration friendly staff fast serving the only problem is it lack of cleanness personal uniform was not at all clean. they have to work on it.

I like ihop, but this visit was disappointing. the waiter was friendly and relatiw fast. the coffee tasted a little old and strong. a cup of hot water was delivered on request. my light eggs were cold. the speck and pancakes were good. I didn't complain, I just didn't leave it satisfied.

The location was clean, clean toilets, man tries to keep everything, but takes a bit of time to get rid of everything and get one because to eat their breakfast. I personally wouldn’t go back, but limited menu over price on portion and personality caused this decision, but it would at least try it, it’s worth that. other local family owners place better at breakfast and better price vs at high price chained with average living and small portions.

$40 for pancakes and a omelet. service was bad, I can make better pancakes home.

Easily the worst dining experience I 've ever had. Waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 35 minutes praying the server would actually take my order, he instead took the orders of two groups who arrived after me. Even when I reminded him I was there, and the groups he served ahead of me reminded him I 'd arrived before them he simply said 'ill be right with you ' and continued ignoring me. I never got got my order taken in the entire 45 minutes I waited, and never will from that Ihop as I will never be returning after that insulting display
