Dan's Backyard Bbq - Flemington

Dan's Backyard BBQ has our Outdoor Covid-safe bridal shower concert this weekend, and the food was nice. They responded very much to questions, and happy to go with the river what we asked of them. They stood before us, what additional security measures they needed to take for Covid reasons, and they all made comfortable with what they did. Practically every guest shaved over the food, and even the remains were great! We will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others. Yum!

We've eaten Dan's Backyard BBQ more times than I can count. Everything on the menu is top-of-the-line. He and his wife Carol are the nicest people and easy to do business with. Best barbecue around! I highly recommend!

We chose Dan's Backyard BBQ for a Memorial Day weekend party for 75 of our family and friends. They showed up early, set up a beautiful buffet table and provided everything we needed to serve an amazing meal from start to finish. The food smelled and tasted great. Everyone said how good the food was and asked where I found them. The brisket was absolutely worth the extra money. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone!

Dan’s Backyard BBQ catered my sister’s bridal shower yesterday and I cannot say enough good things! Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS (seriously, everyone couldn’t stop raving about the food! Best brisket I’ve ever tasted! , but the staff was professional, accommodating and beyond nice. The ladies even decorated the table beautifully which made it that much more special. They also adhered to all COVID guidelines and took all necessary precautions. We will definitely be using them for future events. We could not have been happier!

I highly recommend Dan's Backyard BBQ! Dan catered our client that had 70 guests and I could not be happier the results. The food itself was fantastic. Dan served brisket, chicken and salmon with several sides including orzo salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious and the BBQ sauces were great. I had several people tell me that the mashed potatoes were the best they've ever had! Not only was the food great, the presentation and service was very professional, clean and inviting. Last but not least, Dan was very accommodating as well. We had some late RSVPs and added an additional twenty people last minute. Dan was able to handle that monkey wrench without issue. This was our first catered event with Dan's Backyard BBQ but it will certainly not be last.
