Qdoba Mexican Eats In Spr

Came to the store on 6965 S Rainbow in Enterprise NV. May 10th at about 6:30 PM PDT I asked if I could get a burrito made over chips, loaded nachos. I also ask for the bigger plate as it is hard to eat loaded nachos in the small round plates. They said no because it is only one size. I said I understood but would like the bigger plate (not more food), and I would be happy to pay for the larger plate. They said no. I asked for the manager. They said that there was none to talk to. I asked if there was a number for the district manager. They said no. I asked for a store number, and they said they didn 't know it. Maybe Qdoba doesn 't assign numbers to the stores. I once again tried to explain that this is how I always order food at Qdoba, but they said no, and they couldn 't help me if I wanted service the way I was asking for it. Have never had a problem with getting my order this way and have never complained about an up charge for the larger plate and I frequent this location often and employees have always been able to accommodate the request. After this experience (the lack of customer service) I will no longer be frequententing Qdoba this location or others. I will also encourage others I know to do the same.

They recently brought back their Mexican gumbo, which is the only reason that you should be going here. It’s fantastic,
