I then asked to speak with the manager, but was told there was no one available. When I inquired about a number for the district manager, they said they didn’t have one. I also asked for the store number, but they were unable to provide that information, suggesting that perhaps Qdoba doesn’t assign numbers to their stores. I attempted to explain that this is how I typically order at Qdoba, but they reiterated that they couldn’t accommodate my request for service in that manner. This was surprising, as I’ve never had issues ordering like this before and have always been able to get the larger plate without complaints about an extra charge. I frequent this location often and have always found the employees willing to help. However, due to this experience and the lack of customer service, I’ve decided I will not be returning to this Qdoba or any other location. I will also encourage others I know to avoid it as well.

They recently reintroduced their Mexican gumbo, and it's the main reason to visit this restaurant. It's absolutely fantastic!
