Sizzler Flagstaff

Good food, nice salad bar, manager is amazing female server was able to bring a drink and napkins at the beginning of the meal, but not comeback to get plates during the meal or check on me, she did not ask for refills or ask how I did that was disappointing.

Recently I went with my family as last minute dinner option and we were not sure how the food would be, but it was amazing! Our server, Payton, was amazing. He could recommend some really good options for my family and I. He was super friendly and attentive to us and made our experience so much better. Would definitely come back.

We've been going to Sizzlers for over a year every weekend. We love Sizzlers, but unfortunately the food was getting worse. The new manager, I forgot his name has excellent customer service, but the staff Incaharge of the salad bar are really blurred. We got the chicken nuggets from the salad bar, they were raw and not cooked. We brought it to attention to the managers, and he dropped them a new batch in the frittier. Instead of removing the bad batch, they mixed up the new and bad batch. Dressings are always low or empty, the salad and fruit look like they had been sitting for hours. We also got a steak, and it was not cooked at all when we melted into it blood, and the cut was 95% fat. That was our last time. We went and had to eat our little children somewhere.

Terrible food! I can't complain, but that was ridiculous. We ordered Malibu chicken. It should be a chicken breast with ham and cheese upstairs. It was literally a huge chicken smugget with turkey lunch meat on it. The Mac cheese was cold and tasted like flour. We told the waiter and he wanted to talk to the manager about it and he never came back. We spent over $100 and only ate the salad. Very disappointed.

Service was good, place was well kept. Food was not good, steak was so plan and not even cooked right. Same as our burgers, i had ordered medium and gotten a well done. Malibu chicken was really good though, server was really attentive it was just to food, not so good. Salad bar was a plus, no complains there.
