I had to pay for my dinner, unable to charge to my room. Next morning I was told I had to pay hotel for the dinner before I could check out, regardless of the fact I could prove I already paid for it. I paid a second time, no one could tell me how to get reimbursed for paying twice for the dinner…what a rip off.

I had several people help me this evening while dining at this restaurant. It was truly a team effort and they were all outstanding. The food was spectacular. Specifically, PIERPAOLO went out of his way to provide excellent food and wine recommendations as well as prompt service. This made my last night in Europe special.

Food is great, some waiters/waitresses not so much. need better description on menu as i didn't even know pizzas were available

We found ourselves in this restaurant located within a hotel and were immediately caught by the beauty of the place and the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but when we sat down and arrived the first dishes we fell in love with goodness, quality of food and refinement in the creation of the dishes. what surprised us during the dinner was the confirmation of the kindness and extreme professionalism of the staff. at the end of the dinner the account was right for what we took. absolutely recommended!
