Pancake Café Fitchburg Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch

The second time I have breakfast here. Everything was delicious. The baked omelets are thick and fluffy. The hash browns are beautiful and crispy. Of course the pancakes are top notch. The restaurant is clean and the waiting staff is friendly. The food came out quickly.

Fast seats for a Saturday morning, but it took an hour to get our food and they forgot an order in our party of 4 when they brought the 3 of us our food, nothing about the missing order left said. The food was good, but not hot. The waitress never offered refills of water, coffee or soda.

Best French Toast ever!! And today I tried their simple pancakes and can't believe how delicious they are! So a great vanilla taste and so fluffy! Oh and the breakfast stuffs are small pillows of love. I'm so full.

We were looking for a nice breakfast restaurant. Pancake Cafe Fitchburg was perfect! I ordered the California Eggs Benedict my son ordered the chocolate French toast. Both were excellent! Also the Orange Juice House Coffee was really good!

Pancake Café is always a good place to go to, no question about that, it's just that today wasn't as good as usual. I showed up a little later (1pm) and knew what I wanted pretty much immediately. It took a while for the waitress to get to me (no worries there) and I ordered. It wasn't anything grandioso just biscuits and gravy and after 15 minutes, it showed up... In a take out box. After the waitress took it back to get plated. It took about another 10 minutes for it to get plated, and by the time i got it, everything was lukewarm or room temp. When I come to Pancake Café, I expect the best. To say the least, this was a little disappointing. On that same note, the food was still good.
