Sushi 101 - Fishkill

Family-friendly owner Moe and T. Superb mouthwater sushi, spicy seafood soup with noodles side. Everything in the menu is a must try. Five stars.

Mr. Song is the owner and is certainly the best sushi in the city. Every time I go there, he is very friendly and will create your favorite roles perfectly every time. If your first time eat sushi, you need to go here so you can enjoy sushi for a life.

Thanks to Sushi 101 for the honor of having me with a free meal on the Veterans Day. The food is great and the staff is always friendly. This is my new spot for sushi. It is usually not busy here, so I hope that more people will try Sushi 101.

I had the pleasure of having my sushi in sushi ya for the last seven years. I can honestly say I never had a bad meal here. I've tried many other places, and that'll always be my sushi home. Try it!

Top notch Sushi!! The presentation is exceptional, the atmosphere is relaxing, the place is super clean, and the owners are great people. Sushi 101 is worth the trip from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.
