Bidra med feedbackI wanted to checkout T-bone steak in Firenze that I searched over 20 different restaurants and read hundreds of reviews. Paoli seemed like a place where it has a good t-bone steak and other dishes, and following is my experience. I went there with two other companies and we ordered tartare, gnocchi and t-bone steak. Tartare was very fresh and flavorful. Gnocchi was average. I liked everything about the T-bone steak, except too big portions of it were fat, which we couldn’t eat. Overall, the food and the atmosphere were above average. Also, the servers being very attentive had helped us to enjoy the meal.
I can sum up the truffle carbonara here in one word: meh. I don't understand why they serve truffle if it's almost stale and has lost all of its fantastic scent and flavor. When truffle is old, it doesn't add to the pleasure, it takes away from it. The service was lovely. We didn't have a reservation, but they were kind enough to seat us despite the busy day. We were seated outside. The inside of the restaurant looked extra busy, so I have no idea how things go in there. We also shared a cheese plate as an antipasto, but we weren't impressed at all. The bottle service for the wine was satisfactory. Overall, this place is a bit pricey for what they serve. The quality of the food and prices don't match. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Personale cordiale, disponibile e non invadente. atmosfera eccellente. ottimo cibo, soprattutto bistecca fiorentina. deliziosi dolci. carta di vino accessibile a tutte le esigenze.
La tradizione per eccellenza. storico locale, sapori essenziali e menu di forte identità. Lasciatevi andare alla familiarità del servizio, prima tra tutti i salvatori: vecchia scuola e grande rarità. la fase che non deve mancare in firenze.
