Grilled tuna and Sea bas were very delicios and nutritional. Restaurant is minimalistic, but enough to be one of my favorurites in the Finale Ligure. Bread could be more fresh.
The noodles were harder than al dente , 60% raw and not acceptable. The noodles were afterwards reheated in a microwave. The egg sauce turned into small pieces and there was water at the bottom which turned out to be the worst taste of spaghetti. Even though we tipped 6 euros at the end.
Buono il locale, servizio gentile e puntuale, prezzi in linea, piatti buoni.
Buona scelta di pasta. Rispettate le ricette originali (carbonara senza panna e con guanciale).
