Pogolino's Pizza And More - Festus

This was our first visit to the restaurant. We ordered the four cheese pan pizza and garlic cheese bread, both of which were quite enjoyable. The atmosphere was decent, although the tables felt a bit cramped. The place was clean, and the service was satisfactory. We would definitely consider returning.

As you can see in the photo, my brother's and my drinks were nearly empty. The food was fantastic—I absolutely loved it! The only issue I encountered was with the service. When I arrived, I was seated and received my drink, but by the time our appetizers arrived, my drink was empty. I asked for tea multiple times, but I never got a refill. As I was getting up to leave after finishing my meal, I noticed the couple sitting next to me also had tea and received two refills during the 20 minutes they were seated after me. Our waiter, Mackenzie W, did not meet my expectations, and I was very disappointed.

The waitress did not refill our drinks, seemingly because she didn't like us. Regardless of personal feelings, a waitress should treat all customers equally and provide the same level of service.

Excellent pizza establishment. The crust is vegan but not the cauliflower crust. Amazing sauce and delicious veggies made my pie delicious. The staff was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions about their ingredients. Don't miss out on the best pizza around.

Delicious pizza! We had a family dinner and really enjoyed the service, friendly staff, etc. The restrooms were very clean as the rest of the establishment. Lots of in House customers that day so they were quite busy. Our food was detained, but well worth the wait and we received a coupon toward our next dining experience at Pogolino's. Great parking areas and definitely wheelchair accessible.
