Dairy Queen - Ferris

If you like people touching your food with their bare hands than this is the place for you. Just a bunch of teenagers who hate their jobs standing around. Food was not fresh. Service felt like I was forcing them to take my order. They didnt want us there for sure. Who ever the manager is needs to step it up with moral! Cheeseburger was made wrong. Taco meat was the size of meat balls and was pink inside. Called back up there when I got home And was told by someone claiming to be the manager to bring food back for a refund. When we got back up there, then we were told we would have to bring the food back tomorrow and the manager would refund our money then. If you don't have at least one childhood memory of visiting Dairy Queen for a soft-serve cone or hot fudge sundae, then you must have been living under a rock. It's a totally beloved sweets shop—and for good reason. Horrible service way too slow even when there is not many people ordering they still asked you to pull around and park till the order is ready. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
