White Castle - Ferndale

Just wanna warn peopleBe careful coming here I decided to come here tonight to get something to eat I live around here so I quit often come up here never had a issue until now I order my food went up to the window gave the guy my credit card to pay and he hands me just the receipt and closes the window I noticed he didn’t give me my credit card I seen him walk into the back with the women then came back and handed me my food I told him I was missing my credit card he swear that he gave it back but never did I seen it in his hand then he walked into the back and came back to the window , the women was just as rude as him saying that he gave it back and I’m telling her he didn’t I wouldn’t be wasting nobody time if I had my Credit card she ended up walking away and he followed behind her so I beeped my horn and told her to give me my card back before I call the police so she told me to call okay cool police get there one guy went inside and the other officer walked around to the drive through window to see if maybe we dropped it . It was no where near the window or anything one of the cars that was in the drive through pulled off and it was under his car on the other side that means that they had to throw it before the police got there I will never come up here again terrible service

If i could rate this place 0 stars i would especially because of the horrible customer service workers should be fired and location should be closed permanently until they get new management.

I don't like white castle food. But this store does what they promise. Namely to deliver clean food at an agreed upon price.
