DISGRACEFUL “customer service”. The “Manager” on Friday evenings is belligerent, rude and blamed us as customers when he gave us the wrong order (pick up) and then when we were told to pay more for the right size (which we did) he proceeded to tell us to come back in 10 minutes for the correct order (his screw up). Yet our actual order (which he stupidly hadn’t noticed) sat there for the 10minutes on the side. When we realised it was soggy luke warm pizza that had been lurking there the whole time we were told basically take it or leave it and don’t eat there if we don’t like the service Terrible, obnoxious and incomprehensible response when he was in the wrong the whole time. Frightening to read other reviews also and see similar experiences, plus so many accounts of food poisoning. YIKES! ‍ I can predict the disingenuous Management response to this as “we value your opinion and will endeavour to do better”. Not good enough frankly and pure lies. No Buono
