Dangar Island Depot

Have recommended to friends will be back. A hidden gem and surprisingly accessible near a ferry Hawkesbury river station. Fantastic to have lunch, walk the island return for some icecream. Fantastic fresh burger good to see properly made bacon egg waffles (hard to find elsewhere). Staff were very young lacked some customer service, but that’s expected. Location, food atmosphere made up for it. Would suggest serving in house gelato if you can afford the space? Would be great!

Delicious lunch: hot smoked salmon salad and the Reuben toastie. Great value, beautiful tranquil location.

Lovely breakfast and after our walk on the Island a cool drink before catching the ferry back to Brooklyn.

We had a fantastic lunch there on Sunday, great menu and wonderful coffee. Lunch with a fantastic view.

Love this place, brunch under the trees and umbrellas, healthy fresh food, magnificent views of the hawkesbury River. Very quiet area with motor vehicles not allowed. Very friendly staff. A place to distress
