Krispy Kreme - Fenton

First thing you notice when you walk in is how cold it is. Felt like you walked into a fridge. Second thing you notice right away is how disgusting the floors are. They were out of everything except regular glazed donuts. I got a vanilla caramel latte. Took a drink when I got in the car and she gave me straight black coffee. I will not return to this location. They need to new management here!!

We were there on a Saturday. You had to use the drive thru and they only had glazed and a couple of cake donuts available. We wanted the special Hershey chocolate donuts.

It is probably my fault that I don't rate this 5 stars. It was mid-afternoon, and they did not have a very good selection of doughnuts. They had doughnuts on a rack in the back that I could see, but the display case was very bare. I like a wide variety of Krispy Kreme doughnuts ?. It must have been bad timing for me. There was a line of 4 more people after me. I'm not sure what doughnuts they were able to buy.

Placed a mobile order for a special dozen they had advertised and when we went to pick it up we were told they were out of 2/4 flavors, when we requested for a few different other flavors we were told they didn’t have those either… they were out of 3/4 of the menu by 1 in the afternoon and the lady who was dealing with us was rude as well. when we got home we got 1 flavor that we had ordered… the donuts we received were hard and barely iced. very disappointing and aggravating experience.

Got it right from the store and it was delicious as usual.
