Burger King - Fenton

It just went through the drive thru, because there are no inside dining rooms dying to Covid. The staff was friendly, took time to make sure our order was correct and our food was hot and fresh. Very satisfied with our visit. Great food at this place!!

Love the food, food is always hot, but when there is a long series of people waiting Your employees are playing around in the dining room instead of helping to get the orders out

Through the ride thru, ordered a few things together with a double cheeseburger and especially for a handful of buffalo and ketchup. Asked for buffalo and ketchup. I had to wait for my food, which I only expected for my order. Once they brought out my order again, I asked and made sure there were buffalo and ketchup in the bag. The same person took my order, processed my payment in the window and gave me my order. When I asked her for the third time if the sauces were in the bag, she confirmed it was there. Drove 20 minutes back to work just to find out not a single ketchup or buffalo in the bag along with the double Cheeseburger who was on the entrance, better still there was ONE sweet mad in the bag, not even close to what I said three times. This is the third time I messed up my order in this place, while I clearly communicated what I wanted to order.

Wow! I got Fantastic whopper fries on 7/17. This is the way I remembered their signature burger. Great job to the crew, keep it going!! Visited around 630 pm. I will be back to this location in my errand running, maybe just to taste that good burger !

Hot fries delicious fries, freshly made whoppers with fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onion. The best part about this location are the people. Their customer service is engaging, happy, and willing to go the extra mile with their attention to detail. Their lot was clean and free from trash. I really appreciate that they do what the BK commercial says- contactless service. Good job crew!
