Morrisons Supermarket Cafe - Fenland

Went for breakfast this morning. As you walk in you can see that the tables are filthy, they have been wiped and have dried streaky and sticky. The hot drinks machines are out of order and instant coffee was made in the kitchen and was not hot. The service was nonchalant. Such a shame as this used to be our go to place for a lovely breakfast.

Place was freezing cold ....no customers eating.... All day breakfast was cold and awfull..... Definitely gone down hill

The drinks machines are either broken or covered up to stop you from using them, so don’t expect a coffee or other hot drink or a cola etc from the cola machine. The self service machine is out of action. This is an extremely dirty establishment, tables dirty, dirty trays, dirty customer work tops where the cutlery etc is. The floor is filthy, hasn’t been swept all day. If you’re up for a risk of catching something, eat here, because that’s what it feels like. The staff are non existent. You have to enter the kitchen just to get staff attention. Do yourself a favour, avoid eating here.

The full English Breakfast served at this local restaurant was disappointingly cold. It might be better to opt for a microwave meal and heat it up yourself for a hotter meal. Be cautious of their offers for children, as they can be misleading and result in being charged the full amount. It seems that the restaurant's standards have declined post Covid-19, as the staff don't seem to care about the quality of the food they serve. However, the in-store management is helpful and willing to provide a refund when complaints are made. If you're looking for hot food, it's best to eat elsewhere. Morrisons, take note and improve to avoid losing customers and profits.

During the entire 45 minutes we were there, there was water on the floor near the drinks machine which was not cleaned up. The teapots were dirty and the touchscreen to order was broken. The hot drinks machine was also broken. It took 30 minutes to serve us, by which time our drinks had gone cold. Additionally, an ear-piercing alarm was left going for 12 minutes when we arrived. However, the food was okay once it finally arrived.
