Cantina Tex Mex Tequila - Fellowship

My lady and I came for lunch and had an amazing time. I’m mexican and grew up around the food here in the US and Mexico and have to say the enchiladas reminded me so much of the way my mom would make it. Everything was so flavorful from the sauces to the protein and tortillas. Tasted very authentic. Our server was Heather and she was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of : Would definitely come back and recommend this place. The atmosphere is also gorgeous.

Was extremely disappointing- and I’m easy to please. It was cold and bland. Even the presentation was a bit mediocre. I had higher expectations for a place of this caliber in terms of the atmosphere and well thought out design. I feel the food missed its mark.

Each and every time I go here, the place just gets worse and worse. The atmosphere is nice, but if you are vegetarian, there is NOTHING here for you. HELLO OCALA WAKE UP!!! There are a ton of vegetarians now adays!!! It’s not that hard to throw some black bean tacos on the menu.Vegetarian options: There are NO edible vegetarian options.

I decided to bring some family here over the weekend while I was visiting and wanted to give a well-deserved shout out to our wonderful server Heather. Her attentiveness to our table made the entire dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. Some of my family members are non-english speaking and it can be awkward at times when eating-out but Heather made sure everyone was taken care of like family and not once did she ever seem rushed or flustered even when the restaurant got packed. She truly went out of her way to give us all top-notch service. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge of the menu were spot-on, and she ensured our drinks were always refilled and our orders arrived perfectly. Heather is a true asset to your establishment; we'll definitely request her section on our next visit!

Will not go back. Food was not tasty or even spicy. Best plantains though. Not too expensive.
