Jasmine Mongolian Grill - Federal Way

What would have been a nice experience was ruined by a $5 charge added to my bill because we had a large party. My bill was $30 for one person. One pass through the grill and one soft drink. I understand a service charge for a large party, but this is self-service restaurant?! It don't play. I will not bring another group here or come individually.. Hope it was worth it for the restaurant because we will not be back.

With any Mongolian grill, you are the master of how your food tastes. This place has a good selection and while it wasn't my all time favorite, it certainly could be with practice. My main disappointment was their restriction that you can't take your leftovers. If I only make one serving and can't eat it all, I should be allowed to take it with me.

This is my favorite Mongolian grill in the entire state. Yes I have eaten at most of them. I have been a fan of this place since before they moved from the mall. You will never be disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Everything is dairy free 0 cross contamination.

Went with a group of friends. Was told that they only wanted to write 1 ticket per table. We had 3 long tables of people at least 15 or more. . Not everyone had cash, most have debit or credit cards. I happen to have cash on me to cover myself and my sister. This is all self service. My sister had to hunt down a person so we could get a soda. No one ever came to our table to ask what we would like to drink. It was not crowded, or busy. I had no idea what the cost was, $25 per person) I found out, plus mandatory tip 18%. So adding a soda, it was $40.00 per person.. Now I would not mind the cost, if we were given good service. I will never be back again. The food alone was not worth the cost.

The food was okay, the restaurant its self is super clean and nice. Our waitress was very nice. But my fiancé and I were stared at and laughed at multiple times by the cooks. Two cooks talking in Spanish and then would look at us and laugh while cooking our food. It was so incredibly rude and made us very uncomfortable. They continued to talk to each other and point even back at the table. Won’t be back.
