I understand that Vietnamese coffee is a pretty strong drink, but the person who made our drinks has not filled the cup with coffee. I only ordered two of them to find out that it was usually filled with ice. The photo explains everything and our drinks were watered down after a few minutes. I was so disappointed, this bakery makes one of the best Vietnamese coffee, but I guess I'll take into account.

Pros: clean, organized, lots of options. Prepackaged pastries/breads options, which is unique. Cake slices are beautiful and prices are decent. Cons: I?ve only been to the is location, so this may not apply to all locations but It has a ?fast food? approach to the service. Only one employee checking out, so if a line starts to form then everyone has to wait for each individual to read the menu for drinks and see all the options in the cold case. Feels like you have to rush otherwise you are holding up the entire line.. Customer service was poor, not even a hello when I got to the register. Was charged .75 cents for an ?shot of espresso? in my drink but it was really a shot of cold, drip coffee or some instant espresso.. if it was truly an espresso shot, it must be pre ground beans or something cause not once did I hear a coffee grinder. It was honestly so gross.

Love this place. We go almost every weekend. Each of my kids gets their own box to fill up. The breads, pastries and cakes are delicious and beyond reasonably priced. The place can get super busy really fast. Staff is always helpful and friendly. My wife loves their coffees as well as the breads. The milk chocolate toast is a breakfast fav in our house. We absolutely love this place. If you have the change to go don?t miss it GO!!!!!!!!!

Beware of the this bakery full of lies. The cake sold here is different from the picture they advertise. We been a customer for so many years. I came to the bakery to pick up the preordered Christmas cake, and it was totally different then the picture. So i called them if they could fix it. They just told me to return it for refund if I didn't like it. Didn't even apologize for the mistake they made. And it's my baby's first Christmas! Thanks for giving a terrible experience for Christmas. 85C Bakery ! :

I come here at least twice a month to get bread for breakfast and cake for birthday. The bread is fresh and in expensive. The best time to get the major variety is before noon. Also, occasionally they are short-staffed so no one works at the bar, which means no drinks. Tip: 1) If you are here as frequently as me, get the 85C app. You can get free rewards, such as free bread or drinks by collecting points. 2) Sometimes you get a discount by ordering online or on the app.
