Bidra med feedbackWe went to try one of the new drinks advertised in front of the restaurant, but were informed that the blender would not be available for a couple of weeks. This was not the first time we had experienced issues with items being out of stock. Management needs to improve and ensure the restaurant is well-stocked. The situation was frustrating, but the woman behind the counter handled it with kindness. It is not her fault, but the management needs to step up and do a better job.
I typically don't write reviews, but today was a tough day for me as a nurse working hard. My coworkers and I needed some coffee so I called ahead and was told they close at 6. However, when I arrived at 4:45, I was told they close at 5 and the employee was rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that someone like that is allowed to work there.
I was trying to use a legitimate offer and the employee just rudely told me they do not take the offer at their location. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I didn't end up ordering anything because I tried to get a matcha tea latte, which was listed on the sign behind the counter, and the barista had no idea what I was asking for. I even pointed it out on the sign, but she still didn't understand. She looked in her recipe book and told me that milk isn't included in a matcha tea latte when I asked for almond milk, saying it's a tea. I tried to explain that it was clearly part of the recipe, but she didn't seem to know. I decided to just leave because I didn't want to spend $6 on a drink that would be made incorrectly. I hope this restaurant trains their baristas so they are familiar with the menu items.
I went there and everybody was complaining about their drinks. I asked for a second drink and complained that my wife's skinny cinnamon dolce latte was not skinny but had sugar in it and had not been made properly. The guy charged me for the second drink. How outrageous. Then I had to get on the aggressive and I don't like doing that. It took me an hour wait to get my drink the woman was so slow and so rude to all the people. When I got my drink, I would have to say it is the worst Starbucks drink I have ever had. They should close down until they get their act together.
