Bidra med feedbackDrive thru, order not correct. She kept putting me on hold so I ended up getting charged for an extra meal that we threw away. Foods in the wrong bags, and 1 short frosty. Drive thru line was too long to wait.
It seemed busy, but multiple employees looked at the customers at the counter and did not even acknowledge us. A simple ?I?ll be right with you? would?ve sufficed. After leaving with my carry out order, I realized I was given the wrong sauce for my nuggetsand ingredients were missing on my burger. I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but this is just annoying. I?ve worked in thecustomer service agency for years, so I understand it can get stressful especially in the fast food industry. Although, it isa customer service job, so you should try and be a little more mindful of those you are serving.
The young girl at the counter was very quick and attentive, but the overall atmosphere of the place was underwhelming. While all the employees were busy with their tasks—definitely better than I've experienced in other locations—only one of them provided the level of service you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A employee. I think this reflects more on management than anything else.
I had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant. Ashley was rude and even spat at me. She threw my food at my car and told me she was looking forward to the day I meet my end. Additionally, I witnessed her mistreating other employees as well.
The restaurant claimed to be open for dine-in, but when I arrived around 2 PM, all the doors were locked and the lights were off. There were no signs indicating anything on the doors.
