Applebee's Grill - Fayetteville

First night of IM weekend spend just outside of Atlanta area with friend. He suggested we check out O' Charley Restaurant Bar. I never been plus he was craving some steak. It located in Fayetteville, GA. Right off interstate so easy find and believe might be franchise with couple other locations in GA. The inside is nice and spacious. Set up reminded me of Applebee's except bar area located off to the side. Interior design nothing really stands out. The menu has nice diversity. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Mac and cheese for side. The chicken sandwich was good. It basically breaded piece of chicken dipped in hot sauce with cole slaw. It all balance out nice. Definitely sandwich would order again. The Mac and cheese of ok. Wednesday guess free pie day. Blessed our server mention it to us. So got pecan pie that was good. She was friendly, attentive, and made my first time great experience. Five star service!!!

I do Doordash in the area. I would not recommend eating here as I have seen the kitchen while waiting for orders. The kitchen staff and wait staff while I was there were not wearing gloves. They would come from handling checks and payments to playing food in the back due to short staff. The staffing is not the main issue. The main issue is the lack of training and cleanliness if you're going to have these employees work multiple jobs. I wasn't even a customer getting food for myself and I wouldn't dare eat here

Decided to treat my Mom to dinner and she selected O'Charley's. I haven't eaten here since high school which was a decade ago. We placed an order for pickup and I will let the pictures do all the talking. (1) Top Shelf Combo Appetizer cheese wedges, chicken tenders, and potato wedges; (2) Chipotle chicken tenders with a side of fries and Mac and Cheese. I love Mac and Cheese and this dish was great. Tenders were cooked to a bronze crisp and were savory. Definitely would recommend for a late night dinner/meal. P.S. the online ordering was malfunctioning and I was told that my order on my card didn't go through so I decided to re order and just pay when I picked up. A staff member immediately called and told me that the order indeed did go through and negated my second order and apologized in the nicest waNow that's what I call customer service!

Haven't been in a while but this place once was one of my favorite places to dine at. Food was good and the server, Taylor was excellent. My issue is the upkeep of the building. Like other locations, the walls and decor seem to be updated however the tables and chairs need replaced. The bathroom needs to be remodeled, the door looks a mess and the floor was slippery. Felt like a dirty bathroom at a truck stop.. The restaurant as a whole had an old smell.. Very uncomfortable..

Always a great Go To for company visiting, rather dining in, online order, or curbside. Food quality is appreciative, pricing fair, and great staff.
