Very fast. This was my first time in JJ's and they were the fastest I've ever seen when it comes to fresh sandwiches. It also reminded me of a sandwich shop I visited in Belgium.... I think it was the bread!

This place is phenomenal. Run very well. But I'll say the real test of every business isn't when things go great, but if things aren't perfect. I ordered a lower part that was over roasted and not pleasant. But it was late and I ate anyway. I mentioned this through the Jimmy Johns app and within minutes Cameron (the manager) was on the phone with me. He promised me my next lunch. I went in today to get this sub and his exact words were: "We are trying to keep a standard here and if it is not fulfilled, we must do it right with the customer." That's all you need to know. As a consumer, I hate being the guy who speaks when things aren't perfect because I'm in business myself and that's not always the easiest things to hear. But how you manage the customer experience is important. And Cameron went beyond and beyond to appreciate my business. This is a simple 5 stars. Not all JJ locations work the same. But you can't go wrong here. Quality and service are reliable. Thanks Cameron and your JJ team!

I went there for lunch today and ended up waiting about 30 min for my food via drive thru. i work retail so i understand their struggles with being understaffed and working lunch rush! i assume someone may have forgotten to make my order and i didnt get the guys name but he only has one arm and he was AMAZING!! he got my order super quick and even asked if i wanted any cookies or extras which i declined but he gave me anyways. great customer service!!
