Bidra med feedbackVery poor quality control on their products. Most of the time ingredients are missing or there is so little filling that you are eating mostly the shell with their tacos. Reminders to at least fill them minimally does no good. Also, the entire rearlandscaping by the drive thru hasn?t been trimmed in months and is overrun with weeds and usually littered with garbage thatstays there for weeks. I can?t imagine the kitchen or dining area being any better. Poor management.
Their prices are fair for the portions they give. They don't have enough help as most restaurants these days. The service is slow. The dining area is never cleaned, it is annoying not to have condiments out where we can take them without having tobother the workers.
The place is absolutely filthy, with trash all over the floors and not a single clean table in sight. It felt like eating at the Oxford Fair was cleaner.
The food has always been prepared correctly. However, the in-app deals and mobile orders can vary depending on the specific location.
We have tried this location several times, but it seems they need to pay more attention to their customers' orders. We requested just three tacos and two burritos, but received the wrong items instead. The customer service is quite poor, with our small order taking almost 20 minutes to be prepared. There seems to be a lack of communication and listening skills among the staff. They either need to retrain their employees or consider hiring new ones. I would definitely recommend seeking out other restaurants in the area for better service and food!
