Basement Burger - Farmington

Waitress Victoria was very slow with service. I will be right back, ment wait 10-15 minutes.Couldn't get three out of three bills correct. Tried to charge us with regular price on happy hour items. Charged for a beer that wasn't ordered. Added tip to total but called it a suggestion . Nice try.

I went in on Saturday 4/27.They didn't make me the burger I wanted, I got like half the things I asked for I didn't say anything though cause i didn't realize until i was halfway through eating it)At least they charged me for what they gave me instead of what i asked for.. :

Have been 2x recently. Once in Farmington (which is actually in a basement) and once in Canton (which is not).Almost identical experiences. Both times the food was great would give 10 stars if available.The service? Meh. The wait staff was technically polite; not rude or anything. But, very inattentive and not at all friendly. Gave the whole place the vibe of, I hate my job and don 't to be here. I 'm not a restaurateur, but I 'm just going to take a wild guess and say, that 's probably not the vibe you want to give off?This was at both places; hostess, and several waitresses. Kind of weird actually.

I was waiting for 1 hour. We never received a call about our table, we stopped several times to ask about it, and they said they were working on that.. after 1.5 hours, we asked again, and they said that due to high demand, they close the kitchen

Good food, great service, fast. Food cooked correctly, burger medium well was spot on! When I got here I was so hungry I forgot to photograph my bacon cheese burger. But if you’re wondering what a full side of onion rings looks like , minus maybe three then checkout this photo. I clearly didn’t need a full order but they were great!
