Kerby's Koney Island - Farmington Hills

We regularly dine at Kirby 's. This was our first visit to this location which didn 't last long. The dining room was filthy. And this was not the type of 'dirty ' you 'd expect to see after a big lunch time rush either. This place needs a deep clean. When we have to 'look ' for the cleanest table- you know its to head for the exit door.

Stopped in for lunch as we are on our way to have the taxes done. We were greeted by Rylee who was very pleasant and had a big smile on her face. She took our drink order promptly and was back in no time. She took our food order and she left. We continued to talk while waiting for a food. They weren't overly busy so it made it simple to talk as there was business to discuss. Our food came out in matter of a few minutes. The whole time Rylee was extremely pleasant and warm. She checked on us several times which we appreciated. Asking if we needed refills, etc. She was great. Would highly recommend asking for her section if you happen to stop in.They had plenty of parking, handicap parking and seating. They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. I stop in tonight for a carryout and Casey took care of me. She was very attentive, and thorough. Every time I come here she is taking extraordinary care of the customers. She is a great asset to the company, and is the reason I will continue to come back.
