East Eats - Farmingdale

I ordered my own meal and found the process to be simple. The driver was polite and friendly. Some items were reasonably priced, but a few were on the expensive side. The biggest drawback was that the food lacked flavor and was a bit bland.

Let me begin by saying that we were once loyal customers. However, our recent experience with their customer service was absolutely terrible. My business frequently orders from them multiple times a week. Today, we ordered two soups, but they brought us the wrong ones. I called to inform them of the mistake and requested that they bring the correct soups since I had paid for them, along with a delivery fee, despite being only nine minutes away from the restaurant. The man who answered the phone was disrespectful and unprofessional. Additionally, if you don't give a tip immediately upon their arrival, they ask for one before even handing over your food. Due to this experience, my business will no longer be placing orders with them.

I work nearby, so I order from this restaurant quite often. Even though prices have gone up a bit, that doesn't stop me from ordering! The General Tso's combo, sesame chicken, and wonton soup are all excellent and among our favorites. However, the number one must-try is definitely the crab rangoons. They are, by far, the best in the local area!

The Kung Pao chicken was perfectly spiced, made by the chefs without any input from me. The sesame chicken was also cooked to perfection. Both dishes featured genuinely fresh ingredients. The egg rolls had a perfectly browned exterior and a tender inside. The hot and sour soup complemented the meal beautifully, as did the chicken and rice soup.

We have eaten here several times, and each time we are consistently impressed by the food and the outstanding service. Food: 5/5
