Bidra med feedbackI just moved in maybe a few days ago. I’m extremely disappointed with the complex so far. From an awful move in to petty tow truck roaming the area looking for a reason to grab your vehicle. I’m truly disappointed in the luxe so far even after I heard so many good things about this place.
At first I gave this place 5 stars, then moved it to 1 star, but ultimately I feel like it 's mostly just above average.Initially this place was amazing, but as time progressed and as more neighbors started moving in, the glaring issues started to show.Primarily the noise. People are CONSTANTLY revving their cars and being obnoxious late at night in the garage. We can hear our neighbors anytime they party and have been kept awake until 3am some nights. For a while it was REALLY bad, but things have settled down a bit to just be a semi-regular annoyance. The second issue, which EVERYONE I have talked to loathes, is the garage. The gates are constantly breaking, parking is a nightmare, people flying in and out nearly causing wrecks, it 's just painful. Finally, the front office has been rude to us a few times. We 've been told The gate wont be fixed because of YOU when we just wanted to report it wasn 't working at all. Anytime we call about the gate we get snapped at. It 's like they can 't process that it breaks constantly... when it 's constantly not working. I don 't understand the disconnect. The pros are that it 's a very nice area. Lovely place to walk, and the neighborhood is overall pretty quiet aside from the garage. The apartments themselves look awesome, but I do think they were rather cheaply built. The pricing is also pretty decent, but not amazing by any means. I 've definetly seen places charge way more for way less. The amenities are great, and well maintained.Overall it 's good, but not great. If I lived further away from the garage I 'd probably like it more. If I lived on a bottom floor I might hate it more. Really, it 's extremely dependent on who you live next to and where your apartment is located, as there is virtually no soundproofing. I 'd still recommend giving the place a tour.
Stopped by looking for an apartment and was greeted immediately by Anabel. She was amazing to say the least, answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Props to the Luxe staff, y’all are amazing!
Living here is a nightmare if you work from home or like any semblance of privacy. Walls and floor are so thin it's crazy what I can hear...people just let their dogs out onto the balcony to bark nonstop. Place looks nice but terrible quality...lesson learned
I’ve just completed the move out process at The Luxe, and I can confidently say that this is a good place to live.First, here is the GOOD: The amenities are great (love the pool, and the gym is well equipped) and the resident events are next level. Maintenance is extremely quick and responsive. Literally never had an issue with maintenance not showing up, and that’s a first for me!! They also periodically change the air filters, which I’ve always had to request myself at pst properties. The office staff are super helpful and responsive. Overall the property is pretty clean and well kept They offer massive storage units at reasonable prices The HVAC system is great it might have partially been because I was on the top floor, but my electric bill was definitely lower living here Valet trash also has recycling!! the dishwasher here is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve ever had in an apartment. There is a nearby pond/lake/reservoir thing that’s nice for running and walking aroundAnd here is the BAD: The parking situation is very frustrating. I haven’t met a resident that hasn’t complained about it. Because the garage is located in the center of the property, you have to exit either from the ground floor, or one of two sky bridges on the third floor. Depending which unit you get, it could be a close walk, or it could take you 10 min to get to your apartment. If you choose a far unit, just do yourself a favor and factor in 10 extra minutes to your commute, and buy yourself a collapsible wagon from Walmart for groceries (most residents here have these). Also visitor parking is only on the roof (which is the only floor that does not have elevator access) and you need their license plate to register them. the gate of the parking garage is finicky. If you are driving too close to the car in front of you, it will not capture your license plate and so the gate will not open. Be sure to leave ample space between you and the car in front of you if you, like, actually want to park or something. It’s difficult to get another key fob. If you have pets and you plan on having a sitter, know that you’ll either have to beg for an extra one temporarily, or your pet sitters will be limited to coming in during office hours to get a temporary key for the time they are there (which means the pet sitter will not be able to come on Sundays or holidays as the office is closed). The walls are a bit thin. Nothing too annoying, but you may hear your neighbors laughing or yelling sometimes. So why did I move? Only because I needed to move from a one to two bedroom unit and the price was just too high for me. If this is within your budget, it is definitely worth a look.
