Vinoteca Fano

The best value meal we have had, 32 euro for the 3 of us and an authentic vibrant Italian bar experience to go with it. We had the meat sharing platter and it just kept giving, and the house wine was excellent. highly recommend stopping in here after wandering around the market for a few hours or let the girls do the trawling and chaps sit back and wait for them to join you.

A great selection of wines to choose from....more of a wine bar than restaurant but a very good one. The restaurant itself is quite small but on warm days there are tables outside across the street. We had not reserved a table and so were unable to get a table outside but the interior is quite cosy and atmospheric. With all the tables occupied we did feel the waiting staff were slightly over stretched and so had to wait quite a while to be served. The food menu is relatively limited but everything we had was superb, particularly the prosciutto with melon. The wine list is extensive. We hope to revisit but another time will definitely book to try and get an outside table.

Nel mezzo del cammino a Fano, mi ritrovai in un’enoteca (oscura), in cui assaporare due ottimo calici di vino marchigiano accompagnati da vivaci chiacchiere e prelibate degustazioni.
