Bidra med feedbackWe have booked this restaurant for 24 people in juni while this process we had to chase them some paints to get confirmation (a family event with many first skiers) when we arrived, we informed the waitress that 4 people could not come due to illness / injuries, they said we should have let them know earlier, in answer we said we had just left out if we had found out that we had not been able to get out note was told at this point to us that there are problems. a girl turned up and said she wouldn't eat. nothing was said about problems. we ate as soon as we finished them the kartoffels and we're growing up!? we all had...more
I wish I could rate the feathertop restaurant less than zero. the service we brought back tonight was really pleasing. the chef chef, brian ritchot is clearly striving to lead an empty restaurant. we had a booking for 24 and if only 19 of us could it continue to calculate us for 24 meal times, which were never offered to us, even as a departure, as it seems, we have had him business (we were the only people in an otherwise empty restaurant, for the duration of our meal between 6-7:30). at no point anyone was told we have to call for when pay varies or that if people could not participate, we would be for the whole...read more
We have booked this restaurant for 24 people in juni while this process we had to chase them some paints to get confirmation (a family event with many first skiers when we arrived, we informed the waitress that 4 people were not able to come due to illness / injury, they said we should have let them know earlier, in response we found out that we had not been able to get out of the note was told at this point to us that there are problems. a girl turned up and said she wouldn't eat. nothing was said about problems. we ate as soon as we finished them the kartoffels and we're growing up!? we all had approx. a drink, no one has been intoxicated in any wise, form or form. when we went, we decided that a person would pay for the meal times on credit card (a bill and we would transfer how they do in these situations. at this place, the chef, the sole ritchot, informed the payer that he had to pay for the 5 additional meal times (including the girls who had been with us but did not eat, as he apparently had set on additional staff and had booked exclusively the restaurant for us. when we left the payer, told us what happened, which was obviously an extra $275, we wanted to argue. when we discussed this outside the chef, we came out and said we didn't pay for a $12 drink (what we had! and two soft drinks, we argued and said we just paid $275 extra for eating that we didn't get. he said you better make sure I don't see you later because I won't be in my uniform. now I have worked many years in hospitality when there is a great booking, this is the normal procedure for the hotel/restaurant: 1. they confirm any booking that requires that they put extra staff 2. they declare all the policies and procedures about a booking to the people who book (if they don't want to book any other bookings in their restaurant, they need to book the people who have dinner or if they want to pay for dinner. when they are sitting and they tell them that the people do not come, they tell them that they are being calculated, regardless of, 4. when a gast joins a group, but they say they do not eat, they ever inform them that their meal is paid, regardless of 5. they offer to give the meals we have paid $55 per head as being able to eat, so that the injured / sick people can not do

In addition, he tried to overload us for drinks that we had already settled, and when we tried to deny this and the rough overload that he then continued to threaten one of our group, which said they would hope better not see me tonight because I will not wear my uniform. if they want an all too terrible experience and are threatened by an angry chef, then please visit feathertop restaurant in case creek. P.S all other employees and services in case creek was simply exceptional apart from this jerk.
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this restaurant for our birthdays. We enjoyed exploring the village and the slopes, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The family-owned business is well-run and the location is ideal. The food was delicious and the bartender was skilled. Danielle and Steve were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. We felt safe and comfortable, and made genuine connections with the people there. Highly recommended! -Bryce and Liam
