Duccini's Pizza - Falls Church

I love this place. The food is great and they are a life saver for staying open so late for my bbq wings fried hard. The icing on the cake is the great customer service. Service with a smile, on time, and even when I’m late picking up my wings they OFFER to heat them up in the oven. I’m a loyal customer at this point.

The cheesesteak was mediocre and the fries were average. I could have made a better meal at home.

I used to love Ducchini's. I like my pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. They used to deliver hot and perfect and fast. The last three times I ordered have been downright bad. From a pizza that was either tilted in the box or just thrown into the box so all the cheese slid to one side. To a regular cheese pizza instead of the extra sauce, light cheese, and several topping pizza I ordered. (Apologies to whomever got my pizza instead. To just not paying attention to my request for extra sauce and light cheese and instead adding sausage to a pizza that did not contain a request for sausage. I dunno. They have gone from my favorite pizza place to the place I will never order from again.

Pizza is great but it just sucks to order from here and not get your soda! This is the second time it happens and its always the apps fault. Now I gotta go out drive to 711 to get a soda while my pizza gets cold! Fix your app if thats the problem

Under no circumstances should you order delivery from this restaurant through a delivery app. I placed an order on Overiss and after waiting for 1.5 hours, the order was canceled. As for the quality of the pizza, I couldn't tell you because it never arrived.
