Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fall River

The food at this restaurant has shown significant improvement over the last few years. While the fries still leave much to be desired, the chicken strips and burgers are quite tasty. Overall, the prices are reasonable, although the ice cream has gotten somewhat pricey.

We visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday while waiting to go to the airport. Our food was prepared quickly and was both hot and delicious. The woman at the front counter provided exceptional customer service; she made us feel truly valued as customers. It was also impressive to see about 25 students arrive at the same time, and the staff managed to take their orders and serve them within minutes.

Very well welcomed, served and allowed us to relax and have a family time. A nice place, little away from the city, but worth making a trip from Halifax for a quality time.

I'm very unhappy that they originally put the 7 dollar chicken strip meal to 8 dollars but now they have totally got rid of it completely!!! Not sure ill eat at DQ anymore now! This is what you get when you order 3 chicken strips at 1.50 each. Its a sad joke DQ. As someone who eats there twice a week I'm so very disappointed ?

I stopped by for lunch with my family (there were six of us) and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, the food was fresh and served quickly, and the restaurant was clean. Our server was friendly, kind, and genuine. This is the best DQ I've ever visited!
