I absolutely adore this coffee shop. Every time I pass by Dunkin', I can't help but shake my head because this place is infinitely better. I don't take sugar in my coffee, so I don't mind that they don't offer it. I always opt for the cappuccino and it never disappoints. The prices are reasonable and I am happy to support local small businesses in my community.

A few years ago, I visited this restaurant and ordered a plain black coffee. I observed the owner serving two different customers the same drink that I had read about in negative reviews online. The criticisms I had heard about the coffee being inferior to other coffee shops and the dark roast burning the beans were unfortunately true. I had high hopes for my coffee that day, but I was very disappointed when I tried it and couldn't even finish half of it. If they want to sell sugar alongside their coffee, then the coffee itself should be able to stand alone, which it did not. The owner should also not engage with customers and should ensure that employees do not repeatedly make false claims to customers. I saw the owner responding to a comment online saying that the coffee is more like wine than coffee, which is completely absurd. Your coffee is just coffee, but not as good.

While the coffee itself is of good quality, the menu options are quite limited. There is no option to add cream to a regular cup of coffee, no variety of sweeteners for lattes, and no different flavor options available. The server also came across as quite pretentious when explaining their process.

My son says they have the best coffee in cleveland. I enjoyed my cappuccino. it is a small coffee shop at the corner w214 and lorain, in fairview park, fucked into an office building, but worth the visit. front or rear entrance with parking rear. if they love a good pour over, this is the place to go!

I've ordered from them four times now and after trying many other local roasters in the NE Ohio area this has become my favorite. They roast their beans to perfection. The flavor is preserved in their ethically sourced beans. I continue to order new blends and I'm genuinely impressed.
