Chick-fil-a - Fairview Heights

The restaurant was very busy, but all the food was served promptly. The dining experience was always enjoyable.

The meal was satisfactory, with more bread than expected. It took us a little over 20 minutes to drive there, despite some detours, but we managed to make it work efficiently.

The outdoor order taker had finished their shift. I stood in the limbo between the order speaker and the pick-up window, feeling disconnected from my surroundings.

Remarkable consistency with service speed, quality and ease of use. the game will be crushed!

This location needs to be a better job quality checking the orders. Everytime we visit this location it’s SOMETHING.This technically the only location near Edwardsville! the N Lindbergh location does a way better job. I ordered a 4 ct mini got 2 hash browns. My daughter had already began eating them so some are missing. When I reached in the bag to get the 4 ct mini I found ANOTHER thing of hash browns. Nothing else. I called them twice no answer. I called the catering line oh to my surprise they answered the phone I’m making this for Tiffany she tried to tell me how to read the receipt after I told her it appears you guys were running out of ink.After reviewing everyone else reviews I can tell this location needs some work . Hopefully on a cooperate level they can receive some type of miracle.
