Whiskey Fire - Fairview

I'm pretty expensive. but they get what they pay for. this place is phenomenal. if you want a bombbrisket, or try one of their amazing brisket bombs. this place brings others to the same food category. nice to give 5 stars.

Whiskey Fire is a barbecue food truck. I pass it to and from seeing my dad. It has a steady line of customers. They were almost out of food when we stopped. The ribs are quite smokey. Their diablo beans are tasty. Well cooked.

Delicious brisket bombs, goes great with the hot bbq. I will definitely be back soon!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! New to the area, I had driven by several times and always see a crowd, today was my day to find out what it was all about. I'd asked the owner to surprise me with one of his favorite menu items. He surprised me with brisket tacos. Melt in your mouth delicious!! Everything so fresh, juice, homemade corn salsa. Best food thus far in Fairview in my opinion.

Whiskey bombs are our favourite. My wife was pregnant this year and after she tried one whiskey bomb it was like a drug for her. She couldn't stop. After talking to someone there they said she's not alone.Apparently if you are pregnant and want something delicious, well I'm not pregnant and I love them too, definitely make your way to this place and try one for yourself.Get ready to enjoy it and take one home too.
