The nachos would have been SO good had y'all not used nacho cheese. Nacho cheese has it's place, it's in a bowling alley, it's at a ballpark. Shredded cheese, even TexMex queso would've been awesome. But the texture and the flavor with the round ballpark style tortilla chips was all wrong coming out of a taco truck. That said the steak was so well seasoned and crisped, the onions, tomato, crema, and jalapenos were all top tier. I'd totally go back and order a steak burrito and a pint of horchata. CASH ONLY
