T4 Tea For U - Fairfield

The fried calamari is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hot, fresh and crunchy. Sometimes it's cold and soggy. Also, they keep forgetting to add Oreo to my drink : I guess it's because it's not a common addition. Other than that I'm a regular every week!

The peppermint milk tea is one of my favorites because you can actually taste the tea. I love the the boba here too, since it's always very soft.

That's the worst place ever. bad customer service. it took forever to get the order when we first arrived there and we were last served and waited for the popcorn huhn. the beverages were no longer cold and the other food orders sweet potatoes and calamari were cold and stale. when we started complaining the staff only started on the popcorn huh and apologised. when we asked to cancel this order, the staff said they were not able to do this, and then we asked for a manager and they said they were not available instead of delivering feedback online. again, worst customer service ever when they serve 6 or more people. that is unacceptable and inevitable.

Poor call for reimbursement with poor food. enable management unprofessional and unprofessional for customers.
