Five Guys Burgers Fries - Fairfield

My order was ready and eaiowhen I arrived. Usually Five Guys is good but, today the hamburger was under seasoned, bun burnt and the Cajun fries were extremely over seasoned. Hopefully this was a one off. The staff was very friendly though.

Food was the worst I have ever seen it made. Fries were so soggy and greasy they went straight in the trash. The burgers were not up to par either. They were smashed down so bad that everything was everywhere inside the wrapper. 2 mushrooms, 1 tiny broken piece of bacon and sauce as if they had 1 drop left. The other burger has onions smashed into the bun and the bun was soggy. I am very disappointed. What a waste of money and time.

It had been a while since I last had Five Guys, but I remembered why I had to take a break - the food is addictively delicious!

The delivery was very fast and the staff was friendly. The milkshake from Five Guys was amazing.

I have never received all of the toppings I asked for, this is the third time and it's supposed to be included for free. The cups of fries are barely filled. I would recommend trying a different location without any hesitation.
