Doughnut Inn - Fairfield

Excellent bakery (chocolate chip and cranberry orange scenes, pistachio muffins, various amazing doughnuts) and coffee, combined with warm and accurate service. It's a combination that's hard to beat.

The staff were unfriendly, the snacks were stale, and the coffee was mediocre. It's disappointing to see such a difference between this location and the one on Post Road. I will always make the extra effort to go to the Post location instead. @owners, it's time to reevaluate the Black Rock location because Post Street really knows how to do things right.

After that, I went to the donut shop up the street and asked the girl if they were connected to the other place, but she wasn’t sure. I ordered a dozen donuts there and I have nothing but praise for them. When I returned to the Black Rock Turnpike location for the Munchies, I got a refund without any issues. However, I won’t be going back, and I’ll be advising others to stay away. I'm very disappointed.

The donuts here used to be great and had a wide variety to choose from, but since they have changed their bakery. The donuts are worst than Dunkin Donuts and have poor selection of donuts. Go back to your old Baker!!!

The manager, Ann, is quite rude! The owner seems to be losing business because of her, but doesn't appear to care. Overall, it's a very disappointing experience.
