This particular store they don’t makes good drinks, the staff rush you out to get the next customer, it’s all about money at the register

OMG. Tastes horrible and I don't think ladies are fond of work. They made cafe mocha to mocha flavored milk.

I go to this location often because of Safeway being the closest grocery store to me. Every time, I walk up to the register to place an order, I am never greeted kindly. I don 't know if it 's because I 'm southern and we take customer service seriously down there. But it 's sad to have to put up with blank faces first thing in the morning. Next thing I would like to bring to attention, is that I also wondered if this was related to my ethnicity. So I paid attention to how the cashier treated others behind me ordering that were different ethnicity than I. Come to realize that the next person was greeted with a how are you So I really am starting to think it 's a Fairfax thing where everyone here are rude to a certain ethnicity. When I grabbed my items I even stated loudly thank you and I did not even get a you 're welcome or any kind of response back. This has happened on a numerous amount of occasions. Enough to where I felt the need to leave a permanent review. The food and drinks are made well but the ambiance is a little demeaning. Put a smile on your face! You 're a barista!

This is a VERY BUSY Starbucks location. Especially in the mornings. You're better off ordering online 20 minutes ahead of arriving because you will wait that long when ordering in person. Staff is friendly, just overwhelmed with orders. Parking lot too small. Parking can be challenging.
