Dave Buster's Fairfax

Our server was amazing and even suggested against ordering a menu item because frequent complaints. As far as the food goes, any fast food restaurant would have been better. First time going to Dave Buster's and more than likely the last.

My experience was over poor. Management failed to provide reasonable service. It took over 1 hour to get drinks on the table for all of our guests. Operations manager was extremely rude when ask why water was not served. Bill Finkle General Manager was also extremely disrespectful. The excuse was cups were unavailable to serve any drinks. This event was for my 12 year old daughter birthday. I would not come back for any event of mine.

There was no way to know were to go for dining services. When i approched what looked like a resturaunt reciption she said she wasent it. So went back to the front of the building went to the gaming desk and they said there are no reservation just pick a table. I set the reservations for and Annivasory and so wanted it to be nice not extravagant but nice. Waiter came quickly. Food was good and so were the drinks, however the gaming part of the center was left to be desired. My husband and i have the App with our cards on it. It dident work at all and so once again we had to go back to the front of the building to get actual card. Thee ppl at the desk had no clue. They dont know how their app works and their solution was to transfer Everything to the card. Needless to say I am not Impressed with the help. Go for fun but if you have any technical issues your screwed.

Good value when combined with special deals. Also military discount a plus.

Always a GREAT place to see the CAPS! Love this location!
