I ordered a pint of strawberry cheesecake ice cream, but it was only half full!

So the drive up speaker is out of order with a sign that says to pull up to the window to order. There is a car at the window already waiting for their order, so we patiently wait for our turn for about 8 minutes only to pull up and the lights go off and the closed sign is in the window! And there’s a car behind us as well. So instead of coming out and letting anyone know they are taking the last order and closing, they let us wait in line only to close and then think it’s funny. ChocoLOT is the perfect place to satisfy your chocolate cravings! The staff are incredibly friendly. This business deserves a larger space!

I was really disappointed with my experience. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted on my sundae; they just put peanut butter sauce and buckeye candies on top. I'm not sure why they added the buckeyes without asking me. Plus, they gave me the total before I had a chance to finish my order.
