Wasabi Bay - Fairbanks

I absolutely love this place, it's a chill hole in the wall kind of place with delicious food. The sushi here is the best in town and there's a huge selection. The chef and servers are very friendly. Price is good for Fairbanks and definitely worth it.

The first (of now many) good sushi restaurants in fairbanks. I eat everything and try to change my orders regularly. I didn't see anything from me. the cost depends on their love to their different alcohol selection. the dinge can quickly get out of hand when they order or throw a few of the Korean rice wines.

We are currently on a tour and looking for a sushi restaurant. Thanks to Yelp, we discovered this place. We ordered the Denali sashimi (22 pieces) and crunchy munchy rolls...

Sam is an incredible sushi chef! He recommended a variety of dishes for us to try, and he certainly didn't disappoint! It was a fantastic experience sitting at the sushi bar and chatting with the friendly locals.

This restaurant is definitely our favorite spot to eat in the Fairbanks area. We moved here a few months ago and this was the first place we tried, and everyone was so welcoming to us. Whenever we go in, the staff treats us like friends, engaging in conversation and making us feel at home. The sushi is incredible, and the chef is exceptionally talented. We've tried sushi at many places across the USA, and this is among the best we've ever had. I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and would highly recommend checking out even more local spots!
