The Bakery Restaurant - Fairbanks

We got waffles, cinnamon roll, french toast and chicken. Everything was really good, would go here again. Service was FANTASTIC and much better than anywhere else we ate in Fairbanks.

Ordered blueberry pancakes and they were large and delicious. Reindeer sausage was also delicious. Service and coffee were lacking. I don’t feel this was due to lack of help because others around us with a different server didn’t have the same issue.

The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, ate here for breakfast on the first day of our 5 day trip and came back every morning for the rest of our trip. Tried something different on the menu every time and everything was delish. Shawn, Jamie, and Bill made each visit even better.

Wanted a place that served breakfast all day. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Not too crowded at 11:30am. Blueberry pancakes were yummy along with eggs, bacon and ho chocolate. Prices good, would eat there again.

Been twice for breakfast and enjoyed the food. Short staffed like many places but they try hard. Huge portions! They have most anything you could want.
