Firehouse Subs Old Steese - Fairbanks

We have never had better service from any fast food restaurant ever. This place has the best staff and Ronald went above and beyond to cater to our bringing food to go on our flight out. The sandwich was absolutely amazing and worth the cost. I'll gladly come back when we are in town again.

I have enjoyed Firehouse Subs every time we have been. This time however, I am VERY disappointed!! I got on lettuce, no tomato, and not bacon in my Club sandwich! Basically just meat bread..

The food is decent. The wait is RIDICULOUS. 5 people waiting for their sandwiches when I ordered. 25 MINUTES it took them to make 5 sandwiches?! If you have people spending their entire lunch break waiting for their food you should lower the prices. 17 bucks for 1 sandwich is madness, but I guess with slow production, prices need to be high.

We decided to try this place out since we've never had it WOW! Very good fresh. Good portions. I got the small firehouse meatball my S/O got the large engineer. They didn't skimp on any veggies mine was hot! Everyone had on masks, very fast friendly services, very clean! We Will back soon

This place is a very interesting place as it is like most sub sandwich places. Items are predictable but tasty. Prices were a little higher but there is a reason why. The company gives large and small grants to fire departments around their local area. My city fire department just got a 40K grant
