I really admire the mission of Firehouse and their support for First Responders. However, I found that the meat used in the steak and cheese sandwich didn't quite match what I've experienced at other locations. While the sandwich itself tasted good, the quality of the meat was somewhat disappointing. It felt a bit bland compared to what I've had in the past, as I usually choose this option whenever it's available.
