Firehouse Subs 30001 - Fairbanks

They're sandwiches really good, but if I smoke some people out there and that's really disappointing. I just hope they know how to wash their hands after smoking, how nurses wash their hands before surgery. You're making a sandwich. I understand if he's busy, but it wasn't.

The General Manager at this point has terrible customer service. He is visibly irritated and throws his head back into trouble when you come in 30 minutes to close and did the same to 2 other customers who came after me. He also took his female cash register to question her general manager and embarrass him. All the other workers were very nice.

We have never experienced better service at any fast food restaurant. This place has an amazing staff, and Ronald truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I tried the smokehouse beef cheddar brisket yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was cheerful and friendly, and my sandwich was prepared quickly. I was very pleased with my experience...

I ordered two sandwiches online: a large club on white bread with extra mayo and a NY steamer with extra meat on white. The total came to $32.58. However, what I received was disappointing. Both sandwiches came with an unwrapped pickle spear on top, which was fine, but the club sandwich was missing bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The NY steamer lacked both provolone cheese and Italian dressing. When I arrived to pick up my order at 4 PM, mine was the only one on the rack, yet the three employees seemed oblivious and didn’t inform me that they were out of several items, missing the chance to offer substitutions. I understand that restaurants are facing challenges, but Firehouse, you really need to do better.
