The ladies who work there have great customer service. they were friendly and punctual.

Ice cream was good. Service was okay. My zero dollar tip on my receipt was mistaken for an $8 tip, no receipt was offered to me. Contacted the store, manager wasn 't sure how to refund the tip, contacted the store owner. While trying to refund my card, cashier charged another $8. In the end, I was given $16 in cash.

I thought my last visit to Cold Stone was five years ago. I ordered a mix of mint and dripping butter, which was delicious, but the mint flavor wasn’t very strong. The butter was overpowering, making it difficult to enjoy the gummy bears. They were sweet, but so hard that they were practically impossible to chew.

We live quite far away from the restaurant, and while we used to enjoy it, we've had to stop going because it seems they add lactose to their dishes. It's tough because we really liked it, but now I prefer to buy ice from the store and save $10 every time I go out.

You can't go wrong with ice cream! They usually have a variety that caters to different tastes, but today I was pleasantly surprised to find a mango milk ice. It was a delightful surprise! I also got a beautifully crafted ice cream that I simply couldn’t resist—chocolate milk ice cream!
