Bidra med feedbackWe were here 26-28. januar 2018. the personal was friendly enough, but the breakfast was really substandards and the bathroom was quite uninviting (no heating, old linoleum floor, small showers. the breakfast buffet had very old broth (they could smell that it was at least a few days old and the rolls were hard. the ham was the cheapest type from the local food business, there were no fruits and the iron clear from powder. we asked the staff if we could have three more hours in the room on the day of the cash register, and they said they would burden us half a day and night for it (i.e. 500 nok.) the manager also told us when we get coffee, and asked if we were allowed in the reception. to get coffee. in the hotel.
Great breakfast and ok dinner, but the rooms has a wery lo standard. The staff were not very customer-friendly and spoke only English. The location and the slopes are absolutely super, but there's a shame you can't eat dinner this high on the mountain between 3 and 7 pm.
We were there in august. the location is beautiful, on a valley, directly below the ski slopes. is just a mountain hotel, not bad with the essential services. unfortunately we had problems. we were about 40 people on a trip through the tour operator. the evening meal was set as a buffet, but no one told us to serve ourselves as we were in the restaurant: first cure, second, cake, only once. So that someone who wanted to serve himself freely got two dinners or three cake pieces. at the end someone had not the suppper, many more had not the cake, others got hungry (and angry). the owner himself has shown at the moment deeply discouraged to the keys of the rooms in the opposite, other people in the hotel are in order.
