Bidra med feedbackI wasn't a fan of the tuna panini as there was too much mayo and not enough tuna, and unfortunately, the ham and cheese option has been discontinued. However, Jack at the till was very friendly and helpful. The Starbucks was relatively clean, and I was happy to find that the toilets were also clean.
Overall my every day drink neve taste same quality is out of the picture for starbucks , customer service is way too low closed my account today due to being insualted by customer service. I spoke with supervisor and brought it to her attention . Overall horrible
Omg the service is sooo bad , between ordering a medium latte fruit toast to have must’ve been almost 1/2 hr !!! I sent toast back to be done again as it gone cold whilst waiting for coffee …. Doesn’t seem to be any urgency to get customers orders done, no communication or support between team members
I came here to write a poor review but seeing how many other bad reviews it has I am trying to be nice by rating 'average '. The wait was long, which was partly due to the time it takes to make the hot drinks (maybe invest in another machine and an extra barista? and also I think inexperienced staff. One person was clearing tables extremely slowly and a pile up of paper cups was left for 15 minutes or more before someone tidied them away. The nice bit I quite enjoyed my drink and snack when it finally arrived
Went in to get a quick double espresso and it took 15 minutes! Barista making mistakes on few drinks, our ticket lost at the end, no real support from other team members to ensure quick service during lunch hours. This is not Starbucks standard! That is why we always go to local private caffe, because they care!
